The offer on the super–local games is mainly for NordicBet's target countries, which is great if you're in rural Sweden and you want to bet against the team where your hungover brother–in–law is playing goalie. But you'll also find both upper and lower division games in the English, German, Italian and Brazilian football, etc. Other sports on the site include ice hockey, tennis, golf, volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, baseball, American football, rugby, boxing, handball, floorball, F1, martial arts, and snooker. Although we found the page layout a bit clunky, once we started making bets everything was straightforward enough. There's even a handy, little tutorial that explains how things like system bets and accumulators work. Missed the kickoff? Don't worry, there also a good LiveBet service that lets you get in on the action while some matches are going on. Another nice touch is the SMS notification option that can tell you whether you won even when you're offline. Payouts were a snap and there's 24–hour customer service on offer reputed to be good, but we admit we haven't tried it). Our overall conclusion is that NordicBet runs an excellent sportsbook service and the huge number of sports events you can bet on makes it definitely worth checking out. |
