PokerStars wants Players to enjoy their Summer | june 26, 2010

The summer is many peoples favorite season for one reason or another. PokerStars, the very popular and well respected online poker site wants to give its players one more reason to love the summer. They have launched a promotion which is sure to capture the attention of all of those summer loving poker players. Plus, it may make poker player who aren't fans of the summer enjoy it more. This promotion is being called Summer of Laughs and it is expected to bring smiles to many of the poker sites players. This promotion will provide the PokerStars Canadian players with the exciting opportunity to win tickets that are for the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival which will be held in Montreal, Quebec.

What is involved with this promotion?

During this promotion, PokerStars will be holding freeroll and FPP qualifiers which will be for entry into that exciting Just for Laughs tournament. Players will want to know that the freerolls will begin on June 23rd and go through until July 6th. The FPP qualifiers will begin on June 27th and go through July 4th. More great news for PokerStars players, both new and old, is that the extra tickets to get in the tournament will be given out to Canadian PokerStar players who decide to make their first deposit into their account and to those who have a reload deposit which is at least $10 between the dates June 23rd and July 7th.

All about the Promotion and the winners

Players who are the top 9 in the freeroll and those who are in the top 45 of the FFP will advance and move on to the final tournament. This tournament will be taking place on July 7th at 7:00 pm ET. One prize package will be awarded to the winner and a prize pool of 4500 will be split between the top finishers.
