PokerView's Moves to the Merge Network

Poker View

PokerView, the first online poker room to integrate webcams during playing poker online, has moved to the Merge Network, popular software in the poker industry. This move took place on September 13th, 2011; and has many players excited about signing on and taking part in the new look and features of the room. PokerView is a fairly new room in the world of online poker, however; the way they operate is much different than the other rooms online.
Pokernewsreport.com has recently announced this move in a news article released on their website, and by the looks of things players and affiliates alike seem to be pleased with the merger. In the news report, it's said that PokerView has made the decision to move to a new network so they can add more tournaments, functions and features for the player; in turn bringing an entirely more entertaining platform. The tournaments will be increased as will the prize amounts, so this alone will have players signing on more and more.

Because of the move, the webcam function will be temporarily suspended, but this will only last for a short while. Players can expect to be able to use the webcams soon and once they are back up and running, it will only add to the entertainment value of the poker room. The webcam function is a main part of PokerView's marketing tool, so players would be upset to see this go permanently. The room is advising that this process to upgrade their software to make it compatible with the new network may take some time, however; when it's back up and running players will be notified immediately.

As of currently, there are no USA players allowed to register. This doesn't mean they won't be able to sign up in the future, as many Merge Network rooms allow USA players. Right now, the Merge Network has adapted their policy to include no NEW USA players but all existing players from the States will still be able to play.

With the move comes a brand new list of bonuses available to the player. There is a huge welcome bonus, new tournament promotions and a better Poker Points scheme. The previous welcome bonus of 100% up to $600 has been upgraded to a $750 bonus, making it one of the biggest bonus offers in the online poker industry. This is huge, and won't last long. So it's best to get in on the action and claim the promotion as soon as possible.
