You'll have to consider if there is a pointable reason for your different playing style. There are other factors than tilt, you could be on a table with a run of hands or sitting at a table with players that offer more action, this all affects your ranges. If you get beaten a lot lately, then it's find to see why you're tilting. When you have found the leak, it will be easier to fix.

So to be safe, take a small break to reload.

We should always realize that seeking revenge against this opponent will probably backfire. So instead of seeking for revenge, just wait for your revenge and resume to play your optimal poker game. Your opponent may have won that battle, but he didn't win the war. Whatever your poker level is, sometimes it can be your worthwhile to look at the reasons why a winning player suddenly becomes a losing player. Look back on all winning and losing hands to analyse it. Sometimes the simple errors in your game can be easy fixed while you never noticed any adjustments to your game.
